Design Build
This approach to design and construction has everything to do with superior leadership, trust, and integrity. A client contracts with City Creek Construction and we hire the architect and engineers - coordinating all aspects of design and construction. This process allows us to manage expectations and drive key results with schedule, design, and budgets. Working together with the dedication and commitment of the entire team has positive impacts on project success.
CMGC (Construction Manager / General Contractor)
This approach is about teamwork, collaboration, and working closely with the owner, design team, and engineers to design and construct great buildings. We apply preconstruction services to help in the design phases and move right into construction after construction drawings are completed and approved. Working together as a unified team with a common goal and objectives has unbelievable benefits to the project.
Design / Bid / Build
While we are advocates of being involved early in the design process, we are happy to bid projects after they have been designed by an architect and engineers. We believe you get what you pay for, but do not pay more than you should for your project. Select the right contractor, (City Creek Construction), and you will avoid inflated costs. Big contractors often charge big overhead to cover their big expenses. We will provide competitive pricing in all our bidding efforts.
