We were honored on May 25, 2023 to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly renovated Officers' Club at Camp Williams in Bluffdale. City Creek Construction performed the renovation of this historic building which was constructed in 1934. We thank the Officers at Camp Williams for this opportunity, Jeff Vincent of Vincent Architects, our trade partners, Dana Sohm for the photography, and everyone who contributed to the success of this project. It is a beautiful facility that has an amazing history and holds fond memories for so many. Our Superintendent, Dave Swisher received an award for his work as superintendent. We were surprised to receive a most thoughtful gift from the Officers. Stop by our building in Bountiful to see it.
2023 is a big year for us! In February of 1998, Steve Beyer started a company—City Creek Construction. This year marks 25 years in the business. Thanks to all our awesome trade partners for your support through the years and to our many clients for your confidence and trust. If there is anything we have learned over the past 25 years—it is relationships matter most. Our growing success is directly attributed to our valued relationships.

City Creek Construction Wins Utah Construction & Design Award!
City Creek Construction recently won an award—Most Outstanding Private Project under $10 Million—from Utah Construction and Design for its new office building located at 390 South Main Street in Bountiful. Over 90 applications were submitted for 37 awards that were presented. Thank you to the judges who saw the vision, challenges, innovation, and beauty of this building.
City Creek Construction Gets a New Home!
City Creek Construction has moved to what used to be the Deseret First Credit Union Building located at 390 South Main Street, Bountiful, Utah. This building doesn't look anything like it used to. We completely renovated it to be our new headquarters. It is a beautiful addition to the ever-transforming Bountiful Main Street.
