Also, having years of experience working with a Department of Defense contractor, we have developed an extensive and detailed system for tracking and managing project construction costs.  This experience has enabled us to estimate projected construction costs with a great deal of accuracy.  It has also proven to be an effective management tool for monitoring the entire project construction costs, thus allowing our team to communicate with your team meaningful information relating to the overall project cost exposure.  These meetings can occur as frequently as you wish and in most circumstances occur on a weekly basis.  Additionally, our firm currently uses Microsoft Project to track and manage all construction tasks and activities.  This tool enables our management team, as well as your management team, to daily monitor the process and completion of all scheduled events.  By using this tool we can avoid project task oversight and can ensure that the project stays on a predetermined schedule, thus allowing you to occupy your newly completed space in a timely fashion.
